GENZ-SYNTAX provides custom software development, including but not limited to LPG Plant & Shops Management Systems, business database solutions, and web applications, for clients in Pakistan and internationally.
Pricing depends on project scope and is shared in writing before any work begins. Verbal estimates are indicative only; the final written quotation is what governs a project.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment terms (advance, milestones, or full payment) will be specified in the project quotation. Work on a project may pause if agreed payment milestones are not met.
Timelines are estimated in good faith based on the agreed scope. Delays caused by incomplete information, late feedback, or scope changes from the client's side may affect delivery dates.
Upon full payment, ownership of the custom-built deliverable transfers to the client, unless a different licensing arrangement is agreed in writing. GENZ-SYNTAX retains the right to reuse general-purpose code, frameworks, and know-how developed during the engagement for other projects.
Business data entered into any system we deliver (e.g. sales, ledgers, customer records) belongs entirely to the client. GENZ-SYNTAX does not access, use, or share this data except where required to provide support requested by the client.
Initial setup and staff training are included with delivery. Ongoing support and future feature requests beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges, as communicated in advance.
Our systems may rely on third-party infrastructure such as Google Firebase, WhatsApp, and payment gateways. We are not responsible for outages or changes made by these third-party providers.
While we take reasonable care in developing and testing our software, GENZ-SYNTAX is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of delivered systems. Clients are encouraged to maintain their own data backups in addition to system-level backups.
Either party may terminate an ongoing engagement with written notice. Fees for work already completed remain payable.
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sindh, Pakistan.
